Gayatri's Ghazal Girls explores Ghazals with a delicate touch of feminine energy, with the Ghazal being a beautiful art form that celebrates poetry combined with musical complexity.
We have five phenomenal musical prodigies live in concert, Gayatri Asokan, Megha Rawoot, Kaushiki Joglekar, Nastya Saraswati, and Mukta Raste.
Gayatri Asokan is a vocal virtuoso who has won awards and hearts across the globe with her powerful voice.
Megha, disciple of Sitar maestro Purbayan Chatterjee is a resplendent Sitar player, having performed in many music festivals, camps, and competitions.
Kaushiki is a hidden ace, with her tutelage in Western Classical Piano and Hindustani Classical Vocals bringing on stage a harmonious balance between technique and tradition.
Nastya is a violinist from Russia. Learning Carnatic and Classical music under her Guru Shri Purbayan Chatterjee and finding her place in dedicatedly pursuing the craft of Indian music, Nastya brings back this ancient wisdom to Russia.
Finally, we have Mukta. A rare breed, Mukta began learning Classical Vocal Music and harmonium, before transferring her passion to the Tabla. Having received the tutelage of six gharanas of the Tabla, Mukta is a tremendously good percussionist.

About the Artist
Megha Rawoot
Megha Rawoot, a resplendent Sitar player based in Mumbai, is a disciple of Sitar maestro Purbayan Chatterjee. She has been playing Sitar since 2009. She has taken the training in Sitar from Mrs. Deepti Mishra and Pt. Madan Shankar Mishra as well.
She has done her Bachelor’s degree in Hindustani music (Sitar) from Miranda House, Delhi University, and
Kaushiki Joglekar
Kaushiki belongs to a musical family. She started her initial training of music from her parents: Mrs. Sneha Joglekar and Shri Ajay Joglekar.
Currently, she is learning Western Classical Piano under the guidance of Mrs. Rosemary Dsouza and Jazz from Mr. Anurag Naidu. She is also learning Hindustani Classical Vocals from Mrs. Deepika Bhide Bhagwat.
Nastya Saraswati
Nastya Saraswati is a musician from St.Petersburg, Russia, who finds her forte in Indian Classical Music, a passion she has been nourishing since late 2012.

Mukta Raste represents one of the versatile young tabla artists in India making music today. She began learning classical vocal music, harmonium and transferred her passion to Tabla.

How do I attend the session?
The sessions will be held on livdemy.com. Log onto the site with your registered account 15 minutes before the time of the session and go to the session page. You should see a button to enter the password there when the session starts.Test your mic and video just to make sure everything is working fine.
